In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? As legal counsel to affordable housing developers, the past 12 months have presented many unique challenges. I am very proud of our affordable housing group’s ability to meet these challenges head on with creative and efficient solutions to meet our clients needs.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? I find balance by optimizing my time outside of work. With a keen sense of prioritization, I organize my tasks efficiently throughout the week. As the weekend approaches, I eagerly anticipate tending to my porch garden under the warm sun, delving into exciting projects for the yard, and arranging time to spend with friends & family.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? My most joyful accomplishment this past year has been my daughter’s birth and the humbling, beautiful chaos of navigating new motherhood and my role as an architectural designer and project manager.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Balancing a career with my personal life, especially with two young kids, is challenging! It requires flexibility, prioritization, and lots of energy. Setting a good example for my kids pushes me to work harder to constantly learn and grow as an architect.

Outside of your career, where else do you seek continuous learning and personal growth? In everyday life, as in my work, I’m always looking for creative ways to learn, grow and engage in new ways of thinking. I’m constantly learning from my daily interactions with clients and industry professionals and stay on the lookout for new learning opportunities

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of my work with the MBTA Communities and my role in obtaining the permits for the first multi-family project in the state under the new MBTA zoning bylaw.

Outside of your career, where else do you seek continuous learning and personal growth? I enjoy reading books about courageous and determined individuals who have overcome adversity on their way to success. I utilize their stories and philosophies for inspiration and to challenge and improve my physical and mental health.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? In the past year, I’m most proud of our company’s remarkable growth. We’ve executed impactful projects, tailored services to meet customer objectives, and achieved significant sales growth.

How do you balance your rising career with your personal life? Being present. When working, I focus fully on the task at hand. When with my family, I am fully present on being with them and devoted to making the most of our time together.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? In October, I was promoted to Project Manager, which provided me the opportunity to take on more responsibility and advance in my career. Responsibilities include running my own projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors,

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? The efficiency I’ve helped bring to the organization through the effective use of technology is a key accomplishment. With a focus on the integration of our proprietary auction management software with our in-house team, I’ve brought this into all phases of the live on-site auction process.
