The Copley Group renovates Nantucket property

Nantucket, MA The Copley Group has completed renovations on 17 Lily St. This fully remodeled home is within walking distance of town and boasts four-bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The new deck and backyard include a Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. 

The rental property was fully renovated by contractor Tom Nelson and decorated by Joseph Olson Interiors. The landscaping was designed by Marty Mcgowan of Sconset Gardner and executed by Jose Partida of Clean Cut Landscaping. 

17 Lily St. is joining The Copley Group Nantucket’s larger collection of rentals. The Copley Group Nantucket Collection features 13 properties across the island, including Surfside, Monomoy, Brant Point, and Town. The collection rental homes are contemporary, sophisticated and comfortable. All of the homes are uniquely conceived and designed with the environment in mind, an appreciation of Nantucket history, and a nod to modern style and convenience. 

The homes range from three to six bedrooms and are perfect for family vacations, weekend getaways, weddings and events. All the houses are available to rent by the week in the summer, with extended term rentals available at other times throughout the year. Complimentary concierge service is included with all rentals.
