Urbano & Gordon of LLM broker 2,000 s/f lease
The Write Approach, a long established stationery and gift shop, has leased 2,000 s/f of retail space at 245 Amity Rd., corner of Bradley Rd. The Write Approach will relocate from New Haven later this summer. Owners are Gail Greenberg and Pearl-Ellen Shure.
245 Amity Rd., a new 32,000 s/f "green" retail and office building, offers retail, medical, laboratory and office space in a park like setting.
Levey Miller Maretz's Diane Urbano, exclusive agent/owner, represented the developer, and Mike Gordon, also from Levey Miller Maretz represented The Write Approach.
