Vinci of Pearce Real Estate closes on $770,000 sale in Glastonbury

Glastonbury, CT Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, today announced that Virginia Vinci of the Rocky Hill Pearce Real Estate Commercial office represented the buyer DCR Realty, LLC in the purchase of 155-157 Oak St. The 5,491 s/f free-standing office building, on .45 acres of land, sold for $770,000. The seller, SEAHOLM LLC, was represented by Rocco Gondek, The Gondek Group, Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties.

This property will be the new home of The BellSimons Cos. corporate office, currently located in Hartford. The BellSimons Cos. has been in business for 75 years providing good service and reliability to contractors for their HVAC and plumbing supply needs.

They have locations throughout Connecticut with a vast inventory and knowledgeable staff.
