Waters of McLaughry Commercial negotiates $1.125 million sale

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial negotiated the sale of 1.25 acres on Mechanic St. to the Service Credit Union. The Service Credit Union has eight branches in N.H., one in Mass. and 14 branches in military installations in Germany. The Service Credit Union has one branch on the campus of Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and will be constructing a 12,000 s/f facility with three drive-up tellers and ATM machines. Construction will commence with oversight by Keenan & Associates, Inc. The facility was designated by Michael Keane Architects, LLC. McLaughry Commercial represented the Service Credit Union and assisted the seller, 227 Mechanic St. Props. According to the public records of Grafton County, the sale price was $1.125 million.
