Wise Const. relocates headquarters; renovates 40,000 s/f warehouse

Wise Construction Corp. has expanded and relocated its corporate headquarters to 21 East St. Wise purchased the 40,000 s/f one-story office and warehouse building last year, and will occupy half of the building. The remaining space is leased to a tenant. In line with its energy efficient philosophy, Wise focused on incorporating many green design and sustainable elements into their relocation and expansion project. Emphasizing sustainability and green design, Wise renovated its new space using an abundance of recycled materials with the goal of obtaining LEED certification points. Wise also incorporated its warehouse into the office environment to help streamline job mobilization and expedite client projects. The company has further plans to green-scape its current property by removing excavating existing concrete pavements and replacing them with trees.
