Cardente Real Estate completes three sales totaling $4.195 million

Bangor, ME According to Cardente Real Estate, CSGBANG, LLC has purchased a 25-unit retail and apartment building and adjacent parking garage located at 105 Main St. for $1.875 million. This transaction brokered on behalf of the seller, Brick & Mortar Holding Group, Inc., and the buyer by Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate.

In another transaction, 42 IPR, LLC has purchased a 13,874 s/f class A office building at 42 Industrial Park Rd. in Saco, for $2.1 million. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, Ohio Mutual Insurance Company, by Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate, and on behalf of the buyer by Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers. 

Lastly, Theodore Politis has purchased a four-unit multifamily building at 23 Green St. in Biddeford for $220,000. This  transaction was brokered on behalf of the seller, Durp, LLC, by Cheri Bonawitz of Cardente Real Estate, and on behalf of the buyer by Sabine McElrath of The Maine Real Estate Network.
