Angel Commercial, LLC negotiates 14,000 s/f in leases in Stratford and Milford, CT

Jon Angel, president Angel Commercial LLC, has completed the leasing of 14,000 s/f in Milford and Stratford. The Nutty Company, Inc. will be moving from Derby, into a 5,000 s/f freestanding building at 19 Seemans Ln., Milford, allowing them the necessary warehouse space for storage along with a retail storefront. Since 1977 The Nutty Company has grown into a leading supplier of fasteners, hardware, accessories and tools to construction industries worldwide. "The Nutty Company was looking to expand into larger premises while remaining located near their existing customer base. 19 Seemans Lane fulfills both of the requirements", said Angel. Angel Commercial represented both parties in the lease negotiations. Eastern Connection, Inc. a multi-state courier business, subleased 9,000 s/f of warehouse space at 350 Long Beach Blvd. in Stratford, leaving 25,575 s/f available. Eastern Connection's expansion into the Stratford Executive Park follows their 31st year in the shipping and logistics industry servicing the East Coast, Maine to Virginia. Angel represented the building and Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC represented the tenant. Angel Commercial, LLC is a full-service real estate brokerage firm headquartered in Fairfield County, Connecticut specializing in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties on a local and national level.
