Bay Pointe Builders completes upgrades to Harbor Hotel Provincetown

Bay Pointe Builders have completed a $3.5 million renovation of the Cape Inn located on Rte. 6A. The rebranded Harbor Hotel Provincetown, 698 Commercial St., will open on May 1. The hotel has new interiors with 119 guestrooms and 10 suites. The Whaler Lounge interior has been updated and also has new food and drink menu. Exterior spaces have been landscaped and reconceived to feature an outdoor patio lounge with fire pit and deck. The property, located at the intersection of Commercial St. and Snail Rd., includes 3 buildings situated on 4.5 acres. The project team included: Utile, Inc., architect and interior designer; and Group One Partners, procurement agent. The hotel is managed and operated by Finard Coventry Hotel Management and is owned by Finard Properties and Turnstone Property. The property was purchased in 2010 from the Sateriale family for $5.9 million.
