Caracausa of Market Realty, LLC brokers 2 leases in downtown Mystic

Judi Caracausa, broker-owner of  Market Realty, LLC brokered two new leases. The former Bermuda Shop location at 26 West Main St. on the  corner of West Main St. and Gravel St. has been leased by Cathy McHugh owner of Stonewear Clothing. Stonewear Clothing has been a  fixuture on Main St. for many years. This will be McHugh's second store  in town on West Main St. A seasoned retailer and a valuable asset to the Main St. in downtown, McHugh is also the  downtown merchants liaison to the Mystic Chamber of Commerce. McHugh's new store will cater to women's fashions and the name will be released soon. In addition, the former 2,000 s/f Chicos location on 28 West Main St. has been leased by the Tidal River  Clothing Company. Owners Stephanie Marshall and James Verni are excited about their new expansion and location. Marshall and Verni also own a second store in Newport,  R.I. Main St., Mystic, Conn.
