Connolly, Hawkins and LeClair of CB Richard Ellis/New England represents Atlantic Tambone in a lease totaling 3,721 s/f to JAS Forwarding Worldwide

CB Richard Ellis/New England has completed a 3,721 s/f lease with JAS Forwarding Worldwide, a privately owned international freight forwarding and logistics provider, at 6 Kimball Ln. JAS will be relocating their area operations to 6 Kimball Ln. from 480 McClellan Highway in East Boston. "JAS Forwarding Worldwide is an excellent addition to our roster of tenants," said CBRE/NE's David Connolly. "Their decision to relocate to this Class A property illustrates the value and benefit for tenants at 6 Kimball Ln." The CBRE/NE team of Connolly, senior vice president/partner, Kerry Olson Hawkins, vice president, and Robert LeClair, associate, represented landlord Atlantic Tambone in the transaction. JAS was represented by Phil Burgess of Burgess Properties. Built in 1999, 6 Kimball Ln. is a 107,695 s/f, class A office building located off Rte. 128/I-95 at exit 42 on the Wakefield/Lynnfield line.
