Denenberg Realty brokers $7m sale of 10,650 s/f development site at 236-256 Dorchester St.

South Boston, MA Denenberg Realty Advisors has sold the 10,650 s/f lot as a development project at 236-256 Dorchester St. for $7 million in an off-market sale. 

Neil Denenberg, president of Denenberg Realty Advisors, represented both the buyer Boston Condos, LLC and the seller Rashide, LLC. 

The site will contain 32 residences plus Bell’s Market will be constructed in the retail space. The development is in motion and the site has been cleared. The contractor and financing are in place. 

Denenberg said, “This is an exciting development project for the community of South Boston. South Boston continues to be a growing neighborhood in Boston. We specialize in off-market opportunities which can make for a seamless transaction for both buyers and sellers.”
