Ellis of Conway Commercial brokers $1.95 million sale of a 20,000 s/f building

Easton, MA David Ellis of Conway Commercial brokered the sale of 802 Washington St., (Rte. 138) for $1.95 million. The industrial building consisted of 20,000 s/f of warehouse and office space situated on 2.73 acres.

Ellis represented the seller, DEK Realty Trust, and procured the buyer, Piece By Piece Movers LLC.

“We enjoyed working with David in the acquisition of the three buildings for our business,” said Chris Mearn, owner of Piece By Piece Movers. “Throughout the entire process David was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He went above and beyond to meet our expectations in this transaction.”

 Established in 1956, Norwell-based Conway Commercial is a division of Jack Conway, Realtor, one of the largest independent real estate companies in New England.
