Fugitt of Vidal/Wettenstein LLC brokers $1.15 million building sale

Westport, CT Local developer, 29 E. Main Westport LLC, purchased a freestanding 4,000 s/f professional office building at 29 East Main St.  The building sold for $1.15 million and the deal closed at the end of June.

The developer plans to renovate the building to set up an office for their own operations and lease out the remaining space for professional use.  

David Fugitt, of Vidal/Wettenstein LLC, was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
