Girolamo of Horvath & Tremblay sells five multi-family props. - $12.8m

Revere, MA Stephen Girolamo of Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of five multi-family properties totaling 52 units for a total of $12.83 million.

Girolamo arranged the sales of 565 Beach St., 566 Beach St. and 37-39 Walnut Ave. The three brick buildings totaled 36-units, with off-street parking. The three deals totaled a sale price of $8.655 million.

Additionally, Girolamo sold 38 Dolphin Ave. and 72-74 Campbell Ave. for $1.65 million and $2.525 million, respectively. Dolphin Ave. is a three-story building containing six units comprised of four 2-bedroom/1-bathroom units and two 3-bedroom/1-bathroom units with 5,700 s/f of living area in 8,292 s/f of total gross area. The multi-family property also transferred with an adjacent .07-acre parcel of vacant land that can be used to create parking. 72-74 Campbell, a three-story brick building, containing 10 units comprised of seven 2-bedroom/1-bathroom units and three 1-bedroom/1-bathroom units with 7,562 s/f of living area in 8,506 s/f of total gross area.

All the properties are located in residential neighborhoods centered in between Revere Beach and Rte. 1A. The area offers beaches within walking distance, proximity to area schools, public transportation options within walking distance and area amenities. Located five miles north of Boston, the properties offer access to the city and all the North Shore via nearby Rte. 1 and Rtes. 107 and 1A. Public transportation is also accessed via the Revere Beach & Beachmont MBTA T-Stations with service on the blue line and several bus routes in downtown. The properties also offer access to I-93 and 90 (Mass. Pike).
