Grappone and Fredette of KW Commercial broker $960,000 sale

Dave Grappone and Ron Fredette of KW Commercial have brokered the sale of a 12-unit apartment building at 215 Mammoth Rd. According to public record the property sold for $960,000. The property is located near the UMass campus. "The northeast metro area is seeing positive growth. Investors are seeking primary locations in top-tier apartment communities." said Grappone. The demand for this property type produced multiple offers in a very short time. Financing also offered attractive rates with little resistance, as price and volume continue to rise in this market segment. "As employment and the economy recovers, the occupancy rates are rising. The apartment market is recognized as the safest sector and most attractive opportunity for investors," said Fredette.
