Greater Boston Commercial Properties sells Spencer Furniture building for $885,000
Spencer, MA Mitchell Stepien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 6 Olde Main St. The 26,858 s/f industrial building was sold for $885,000 to DL & Sons LLC, who will use the building as a showroom for their commercial equipment sales business.
In operation since 1960 and known as the Spencer Furniture Building in town for decades, new ownership looks to carry on the tradition of operating a successful family run business for many years to come.
