Guralnick of O,R&L Commercial leases 10,640 s/f at Tile America Building

New Haven, CT According to O,R&L Commercial, LLC, Richard Guralnick, CCIM has participated in a lease transaction at 105 Hamilton St. (aka Tile America Building). The tenant, Ducci Electrical Contractors and the building owner 105 Hamilton, LLC have signed a lease for 10,640 s/f to accommodate the company’s warehousing  and storage requirements for several new large multi-year projects in and around the city. The space also includes use of a secured outside yard for the storage of large machinery & equipment.

Founded by E. John Ducci in 1949, Ducci Electrical Contractors is a 3rd generation, family-owned company with 250 field/project technicians supported by 40 office and administrative personnel, proudly tackling many of the most challenging electrical construction projects in the Northeast. Guralnick, CCIM, was the sole broker in the transaction and represented both the landlord and tenant.
