Mark Jussaume, PE, LEED AP, has been named chief executive officer of TRO Jung|Brannen. He succeeds Robert Hoye, AIA, LEED AP, who will remain with the company as principal.
Jussaume has been with TRO Jung|Brannen for more than 20 years, and has served as chief operating officer for 8 years. As CEO, he will focus on guiding the firm into its second century of continuous operation, building upon the firm's international reputation in healthcare, education, commercial, research, and hospitality design.
"I'm very excited to have the opportunity to assume the CEO role and build on our 100 year legacy as preeminent international design firm," said Jussaume. "I'm extremely proud of our firm and our many accomplishments. Over my 20 year career with the firm, Bob Hoye and I have had the opportunity to work closely together to establish a firm built around a relentless commitment to core values and a shared ideology. I'm optimistic about our future and honored to have the opportunity to serve as the firm's CEO," he added.
Bob Hoye will remain with the firm as principal, and will focus on client development over the next year. He will also remain active in the Boston Society of Architects, where he was just re-elected to his second term as treasurer and serves on the BSA board of directors.
