KeyPoint Partners assigned to manage Ansonia Shopping Center from Grossman and Zelco

Ansonia, CT KeyPoint Partners (KPP) managed property portfolio continues to grow with another new assignment from The Grossman Companies and Zelco Properties & Development. The firm will manage Ansonia Shopping Center, according to William Lawler, partner and director of property & asset management at the Burlington firm. This assignment is in addition to the contracts for 37 properties in four states already awarded to KPP by Grossman.

Ansonia Shopping Center is a 181,000 s/f center comprised of two main buildings and three pads situated at 403-495 Main St. in Ansonia, close to the Ansonia Metro North Train Station and minutes from Rte. 8. Tenants at the center include newly signed tenants Key Food, Marshalls, and Home Goods (all coming soon), as well as Cutting Crew, Mattress Firm, and others. Grossman and Zelco purchased the center in May.

“We’re pleased to continue our relationship with the Grossman Companies on this high quality asset,” Lawler said. “They’ve recognized that our expertise and commitment to excellence make us a strong partner for their commercial real estate needs.” KPP’s management portfolio now totals over 22 million s/f across 325 properties in 14 states.
