Krenning joins Syska Hennessy as associate managing director

Boston, MA Syska Hennessy Group, the international engineering firm, has appointed Andrew Krenning as associate managing director of the local office. In this role, he oversees local employees, monitors the office’s financial performance, and spearheads business development.

Before joining Syska, Krenning spent 15 years at Siemens Industry, Inc., rising from the position of design engineer to solutions sales manager – construction. In the latter position he led a team of construction sales professionals, estimators, business development executives, and pre-construction project experts for the Eastern Mass. and R.I. market.

“Andrew combines technical expertise in engineering with a strong track record of cultivating business growth,” said Cyrus Izzo, co-president of Syska. “He’s an ideal fit for our Northeast teams.”

Krenning is a certified project management professional and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers, the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering, New England Healthcare Engineers’ Society, the American Society for Health Care Engineering, and the International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories.
