VHB's Doug Landry, AICP, has been named senior vice president for land development services. Landry will be responsible for leading the overall strategic direction of the land development practice for the firm. Collaborating closely with leadership throughout the company, he will work to promote the consistent delivery of high quality skills and services to clients, expand VHB's client base, and grow market share. "Doug brings an excitement and enthusiasm for the practice as well as a wealth of experience and market knowledge to his new role," said VHB's chief strategic officer, Bill Roache, PE. "Clients will benefit from his great record of accomplishment delivering comprehensive, integrated services to a diverse set of municipal, corporate, developer, and institutional clients." Landry joined VHB in 1995, following eight years working in the public sector. "I look forward to working with my VHB colleagues to continue delivering value, quality, and success for projects in all segments of the real estate market up and down the east coast," said Landry. "As we continue to grow our prominence, we have a remarkable collection of talent doing incredible and innovative work for our clients every day. And serving clients is what we do best." Landry is well-recognized in the Mass. real estate development community and is an active member of NAIOP Corporate, serving as a current member of the Trends in Real Estate Development II Forum and as past chair of the State & Local Subcommittee.
