LeftField hires Music as senior project manager within the Life Science division

Karl Music

Boston, MA LeftField, an owner’s project management firm, has hired Karl Music as senior project manager within their Life Science division.

In this role, Music is responsible for managing the planning, design, and construction of research and development projects, as well as complex cGMP and animal care facilities on behalf of owners. Prior to joining LeftField, Music began his career on the client side working for Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals managing multi-million dollar projects ranging from Vivarium’s to BSL 3 laboratories. From there, he transitioned to an engineering role managing a variety of manufacturing facility renovations and ground up construction projects.

“With the addition of Karl Music to supplement our depth of existing talents, we can provide our clients with a more robust experience base to support them on all of their projects, from R&D to large scale manufacturing. We are very fortunate to have him on the team leading some of our most significant projects,” said Jim Rogers, founder of LeftField.

When Music isn’t putting his mechanical engineering degree to practice, he’s spending it outdoors on the slopes, or in the woods hiking and camping. And if you’re wondering, yes, Karl Music also loves music.
