Lymans and Kazantzis complete sale of 30,299 s/f three-building property

Plainfield, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, completed the sale of 226,230, & 238 Norwich Rd. An all new completely rebuilt property with a total 30,299 s/f for all three buildings sitting on 34.02 acres. Ron and Max Lyman represented seller, Sam Center LLC. The buyer,  QPAC, LLC on behalf of Greene Rubber Company, headquartered in Woburn, Mass., was represented by Andrea Kazantzis, head broker at Kazantzis Real Estate of Brooklyn, Conn. Sales price was $3.85 million.

These three buildings were taken down to the structural beams and concrete, then completely rebuilt with premium materials and extensive upgrades, creating a modern 30,299 s/f campus spanning 34.02 acres, complete with high-quality infrastructure and parking. 

At a December 9th Planning & Zoning Meeting, ZEO Ryan Brais said, “Mr. Lyman took this property from a very rundown state and did a very nice job rehabbing it. And I think Green Rubber will be a valuable addition to the town.”

Greene Rubber Company, in business since 1931, with clients such as Electric Boat & SpaceX, has capabilities in rubber processing including molding, extruding, vulcanizing, grinding, slitting, laminating, and die cutting using the latest engineering and manufacturing processes.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
