Foxborough, MA The Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) has closed on its new headquarters at 18 Washington St. (Rte. 1). Currently located in Waltham, the association and its professional staff will begin operations out of the new location in January 2020.

“Whether you’re a client working with a Realtor to buy a new house, or an association buying a new building, the smiles and emotions are the same when you are finally handed the keys,” said 2019 MAR president Anne Meczywor, broker/associate?at Roberts & Associates Realty?Inc.?in Lenox. “This is a very exciting day for us, and we look forward to welcoming our members to our new Foxborough home in January.”

Located three quarters of a mile north of Gillette Stadium, 18 Washington St. has 20,000 s/f of office space on two levels along with 128 parking spots. A former medical office facility, the build out will include offices, conference and classrooms, and potential retail space.

“This purchase was only possible because of the dedication of the Building Task Force, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and staff,” said Meczywor. “I would also like to thank the town of Foxborough.
