Minnerly, Osvold and Plunkett of NAI Hunneman handle 19,500 s/f lease

NAI Hunneman completed a 19,500 s/f, full-building lease transaction with Castle Island Brewing Company. The craft brewer is moving into a new headquarters location at 31 Astor Ave. NAI Hunneman executive vice president Cathy Minnerly and assistant vice president Ovar Osvold represented the landlord Carnegie Astor, LLC, while NAI Hunneman executive vice president JP Plunkett procured the tenant "31 Astor Ave is a great, stand alone building that will provide a headquarters location allowing Castle Island Brewing to promote its brand," said Plunkett. "The building offers a unique blend of office/warehouse space serving the company's current needs as well as its future growth. Located less than a quarter mile off of Rte. 1 and just 1.5 miles from I-95, 31 Astor Ave. is an industrial/office building set in a popular commercial area. The building offers tailboard as well as drive-in loading, 19' clear height, generous column spacing and fenced in outside storage.
