Normandin, McMahon & Ginsberg of Summit Realty broker $4.8 million sale - Claybourne Trust sold to Bourne Property Management, LLC

Monument Beach Marketplace - 170 Clay Pond Road - Bourne, MA

Bourne, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed the sale of Monument Beach Marketplace, located at 170 Clay Pond Rd. The 56,000 s/f property on 16.18 acres sold for $4.8 million. 

The seller, Claybourne Trust sold the property to Bourne Property Management, LLC, an affiliate of Brady Sullivan Properties.

Frank Normandin, Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg from Summit Realty Partners brokered the sale. 

The new owner of the property is proposing 105,660 s/f of indoor climate control self-storage and 35,600 s/f of non-climate controlled self-storage for a total of 141,260 s/f of self-storage.
