North Shore Realty Advisors, Inc. sells 18 units in three buildings at 33-43 Laighton St., Lynn, Mass.

Lynn, MA North Shore Realty Advisors, Inc. brokered the sale of 33-43 Laighton St. The property consists of three apartment buildings which are all three-story consisting of 12 two-bedroom units and 6 one-bedroom units. The asset has a total gross square footage of 23,163 and rentable square footage of 16,326 situated on a .39-acre lot (16,962 s/f) and 22 surface parking spots. The offer presented a value-add opportunity to bring units to market levels with a renovation program.

The North Shore Realty Advisors team was able to identify the ideal 1031 exchange buyer from a previous sale and the transaction transpired prior to bringing the property to the open market.

The North Shore Realty Advisors team acknowledges all parties involved including CBRE Capital on securing the loan, BBG appraisal services, and the attorneys on both sides of the deal. North Shore Realty Advisors acted as exclusive agent for the seller procured the buyer.
