Raynham, MA NAI Hunneman recently completed a 7,879 s/f lease transaction with Claris Vision at 175 Paramount Dr. The vision care services company is relocating its operations from North Dartmouth to a new corporate headquarters at Paramount Dr. NAI Hunneman vice president Ovar Osvold and executive vice president Cathy Minnerly represented Claris Vision in the transaction, while the landlord was represented by PJ Foster, David Goodhue and Kevin Brawley of Colliers International.
“Substantial parking and superb access to Routes 44, 24 and Interstate 495, combined with an abundance of area amenities make 175 Paramount Drive a fantastic location for Claris’ headquarters,” said Osvold. “Ownership is also planning a series of building improvements to the lobby and common areas which will, include a Leanbox, lunch area seating, and directory upgrades. The building exterior will also be upgraded with some great landscaping improvements.”
