NAI Hunneman recently brokered a 13,500 s/f lease to Silk Screen Printing, Inc. at 20 Old Colony Ave. The transaction marks both a facilities expansion and relocation from the city's Leather District for Silk Screen.
NAI's J.P. Plunkett, executive vice president/principal, represented the landlord, Cole Development, in the transaction. NAI vice president Bonny Doorakian negotiated on behalf of the tenant, Silk Screen Printing, one of Boston's top T-shirt printer, embroiderer and promotional products companies whose client base includes Major League Baseball.
Centrally located near two MBTA Red Line stations, 20 Old Colony Ave. is comprised of two connected buildings. With a combined 71,801 s/f of space, the mixed-use properties include office, industrial and showroom/retail space.
