Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster hires Mozina as director of real estate

Boston, MA According to law firm Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster, Angel Kozeli Mozina has joined as a director in the firm’s real estate practice. Mozina has experience with a wide range of real estate matters, including leasing, condominium law, and conveyancing. Previously, she served as a managing partner at the real estate law firm of Feldman & Kozeli, P.C.

Mozina represents developers, lenders, borrowers, property owners, property management companies, condominium associations, landlords and tenants in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters. She brings a wide range of litigation experience that spans contract breaches, summary process, and Chapter 93A litigation in various divisions of the Housing Court, District Court and Superior Court. 

She is also experienced in the following condominium matters: preparing management agreements; condominium documents and amendments; collection of unpaid condominium fees; insurance claims; disputes among unit owners; and trustees’ obligations.

Mozina is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court of Massachusetts. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and graduated cum laude from Mount Holyoke College.
