What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I’m most proud of my recent promotion to Associate at Bruner/Cott Architects. This recognition reflects the contributions I’ve made to the firm over the last eight years and marks a meaningful step into a leadership role I am excited to take on.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? Becoming an associate at Hancock Associates is the professional milestone that I’m most proud of as it reflects years of dedication, commitment and continuous personal growth.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? My proudest accomplishment has been passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. After college, I didn’t immediately pursue a path to professional licensure. It was four years after I graduated that I decided I wanted to advance myself as a civil engineer.
What recent professional milestone or project are you most proud of, and why? I was recently proud to represent Rockland Trust by providing financing for a poultry wholesale company in MA, which included an industrial building acquisition. They had been working with other banks while searching for industrial buildings, but they did not close as their needs weren’t met in a timely manner.
What’s one challenge you’ve overcome in your career so far, and what did it teach you? I joined PSH as a second- year associate with a tax law background but limited contract drafting experience. From the outset, I drafted contracts for diverse transactions, including tax credit financings,
If you could give advice to someone just starting out in your field, what would it be? Work hard every day, and the rest will take care of itself. Your diligence will pay dividends to you, your organization, and the businesses you serve. Prioritize the customer. Branding yourself as responsive, timely, and service- oriented will create continued opportunities for career development.

The best advice I could give to people who are new to the AEC industry is simply to dive in and be eager to learn. Every experience is an opportunity to pick up something new. Don’t hesitate to ask questions – your team is there to support you.
