What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The current project I’m supervising is the biggest job I’ve run in terms of square footage and scope. It’s certainly had unique challenges that have kept me sharp, and I think those are the types of jobs we learn the most from and create the strongest relationships with our partners and clients.
Walpole, MA Dan Waldman of Waldman Associates had previously been successful in leasing the Walpole Mall through 2019. The Gap is laying off hundreds of employees, Bed Bath &Beyond is finished and many others are ailing and failing. Retail is in a wild state of flux. Nothing is certain; yet consumers are still buying goods and most interestingly it has been predicted that brick and mortar is in a period of growth despite the other fact that e-commerce is also predicted to gain more of the consumer spending pie.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? My client sold $15 million worth of apartment buildings in Connecticut and was seeking replacement properties. He needed to make a large 1031 purchase after the sale of an apartment building and was nearing the end of identification period.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of our work at The Landing at Everett Mills located at 15 Union St. in Lawrence, Mass. We are investing significant capital to create a transformational mixed-use campus at the heart of downtown, supporting economic development and invigorating the community.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? Most recently I’ve been working towards creating a more respectful culture and environment for our trade partners in construction. I believe that respect in the construction industry at times gets lost due to fast-paced schedules and various restrictions enforced by the end goal.
What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? We were working on a multifamily development in Lynn, Mass. called Breakwater when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. We faced significant issues with manpower and material procurement due to supply chain issues. I am proud to say that we finished the project on time despite these challenges.
