The updated space is designed to allow for flexibility to maximize the usability of the space available. The suite at 9 Channel Center utilized movable walls between all conference rooms, allowing for reconfiguration depending on need, maximizing square footage.
Braintree, MA Miller Dyer Spears (MDS) is currently working with the town to create a new middle school for 800 students in grades 5–8, replacing the existing South Middle School. The project is part of Braintree Public Schools’ plan to relieve overcrowding in the town’s elementary schools by integrating fifth grade into the middle schools.
Boston, MA Hilco Redevelopment Partners (HRP), the real estate development unit of Hilco Global, has appointed Melissa Schrock to the newly-created position of senior vice president – mixed-use development.
