With four buildings spread across four acres, Little Pond Place brings 44,000 s/f of affordable housing in one, two and three bedroom configurations to underserved families on Cape Cod.
Boston, MA Commodore Builders along with architect Stantec, completed updates to the historic Long Wharf Custom House. The 81,000 s/f, six-floor building is situated on Long Wharf overlooking Massachusetts Bay and is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. Commodore created open-air office spaces that comply with current COVID guidelines, fresh-air elements and increased ADA accessibility.
Quincy, MA When confronted with the pandemic and projects being put on hold, The Beth Israel Lahey Health and G. Greene Construction team were all presented with a project roadblock that was overwhelming and unprecedented. Hartford, CT Barton & Loguidice (B&L), a Northeast and Mid-Atlantic engineering, planning, environmental and landscape architecture firm, has completed the acquisition of Anchor Engineering Services Inc., a multidisciplined engineering and land surveying firm. This milestone marks the company’s first venture in Connecticut and brings its reach to over 350 employees across five states.
