Lauring Construction awarded contract to build a new eight building residential campus for Amego Inc.

Franklin, MA Lauring Construction has been selected by Amego Inc. to construct eight new buildings in a campus setting at 724 Washington St. Construction will be completed by fall of 2021.  Amego is committed to supporting people living with autism and other developmental disabilities at home, school, work, and as members of their families and communities. Founded in 1971 by the Sangree Stokes family, Amego continues to serve its very first student and the first adult diagnosed with autism to receive state funding in Massachusetts.

(A&M) in partnership with Wood Partners, provided landscape architectural design and construction support for ALTA Clara at the Fells, a 261-unit multi-family located in Stoneham, MA adjacent to the Middlesex Fells Reservation. Resort inspired landscape amenities to include a zero-entrance heated saltwater pool, with an associated cabana outbuilding that features gas grills, a custom outdoor kitchen area, bar and TV watching area, outdoor showers, and restrooms.
