MBI Inc. and LBB Specialties to relocate to Clarion Ptrs.’ Merritt 7
Norwalk, CT According to Clarion Partners LLC and Marcus Partners two new tenants will be relocating to Merritt 7. Consumer products marketing company MBI Inc. will lease 32,648 s/f in the upgraded Building 501, while specialty distribution firm LBB Specialties LLC (LBBS) will occupy 25,118 s/f in the newly renovated Building 601.
Everest and Triglione of Nordlund Associates sell 7,345 s/f for $1.275m
Wilmington, MA Nordlund Associates has completed the sale of 619 Main St. This 7,345 s/f industrial warehouse is situated on 0.63 acres with direct frontage on Rte. 38. The property sold for $1.275 million which equates to $174 per s/f.
Curtis named leader of building sevives for Tighe & Bond
Westfield, Ma Vice president Jason Curtis has been appointed as Tighe & Bond’s building services business line leader. Curtis is a registered professional engineer in several states and a LEED Accredited Professional. Before taking on his current role, he served as technical director for the business line and oversaw key initiatives for the firm, while also successfully developing and managing a large portfolio of clients.

Framingham, MA Freudenheim Partners has arranged the relocation and expansion of Cyprotex, an Evotec company, from 313 Pleasant St. in Watertown to 200 Staples Dr. in Framingham. Cyprotex is more than tripling in size and growing from its current space of 8,000 s/f and will occupy 30,000 s/f on the 1st floor.
McCollough of Mott & Chace represents $2m sale of historic home
