What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020? I think Boston has been and will continue to be a very busy market, however the space is very limited within the city itself as well as in Cambridge. I think many companies in 2020 will continue to move to areas right outside of Boston
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2019? 2019 was a year of enormous growth for WoodCraft Designers and Builders with over 150 commercial millwork projects completed. Two of the most notable projects were The Club at New Seabury renovation and the new Cape Cod Five’s headquarters in Hyannis.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2019? Our most notable accomplishment was completing phase one of a 100,000 s/f project at Strawberry Hill School in Stamford, Conn. so that we could commence work on phase two.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020? Boston’s median monthly rent of $2,800 and median home listing price of $749,000 are unreachable by young professionals. The woes of public transport into the city are years away from resolution.
