What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020? We have seen the market continue to rise over these last few years, but with each quarter of growth skepticism also grows.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020? I am bullish on commercial real estate development in Massachusetts next year. Interest rates are low and there are many great development opportunities out there from Boston to Worcester and beyond.
What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019? This past year has been momentous. We’ve added a number of seasoned brokers to handle the influx of new business as a result of the flight of existing operators who’ve given up with the onerous, new gov’t regulations
