Spire Investments acquires two apartment buildings totaling 35-units for $6.1 million

Salem, MA Jay Goldberg of Spire Investments continues to be very active in the marketplace, with the latest acquisition of two brick apartment buildings containing 35 multifamily units.

The properties closed for $6.1 million. The buildings are located at 248 & 296-300 Washington St. and comprise 35 units with a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms.

“The assets will be a nice value-add to Spire’s portfolio in our core market on the North Shore. I am excited to transform these apartments and quickly increase their value,” said Goldberg.

The buildings are located near downtown, enabling residents to enjoy restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Bill and Francesca Little represented the seller.
