Somerville, MA Atlantic Retail has sold 65-75 Mystic Ave. The 11.5-acre property inclusive of Home Depot is located in the Assembly Square neighborhood. The transaction was facilitated by David Smookler and Peter Considine who represented the seller, I-93 Somerville, LLC and Tony Ciccolo who represented the buyer, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes (CC&F) and Cannon Hill Capital Partners.

Boston, MA The Dollar General Literacy Foundation (DGLF) has awarded more than $5,000 in youth literacy grants to Massachusetts nonprofit organizations. The funds are part of nearly $2.6 million awarded across the country for recipients to use the funds to purchase books, technology, equipment or materials to help extend a brighter future for K-12 students.

Bedford, NH Marcus & Millichap have completed the sale of two triple net-leased retail properties. The transactions included the sale of a Trader Joe’s and Friendly Toast.  “The Trader Joe’s was placed under agreement at a market-leading cap rate of 4.9%, and the buyer never re-traded pricing when the market shifted,” said James Koury, senior managing director investments. 

Milford, MA The South Plaza, an 80,000 s/f property located at 146 South Main St., was sold on July 6, 2023, for $4.7 million which is 7.9 cap. Dan Waldman  of Waldman & Associates represented the owner and procured the buyer. Waldman started leasing the plaza several years ago when it was 50% vacant. Now it is 100% leased, and the new tenants are thriving.
