Goffstown, NH Stephen Langley, founded Langley Construction in 1986 in Goffstown, with a business philosophy focused on high quality and slow growth. The firm has provided a wide variety of construction management to many well-known N.H. businesses such as Vitex, Ray the Mover, Bonneville & Son Dodge/Jeep Dealership, and many climate controlled self-storage complexes. 

It has been an honor to serve both the NHCIBOR and NECPE membership, but there is more work to do. While another year has passed, the work never ends. We must be vigilant to a fault when it comes to regulation, at all levels of government.

If you take one drive through Commercial Street in Portland or visit downtown Biddeford, it will not take long to notice that Maine is growing and revitalizing its communities. With this revitalization comes several construction projects from condos to office buildings – often several at one time – looking to attract and retain residents who can enjoy living and working in Maine.
