What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? I attribute my inspiration to my family. My father was in and around the industry for over 20 years. From a young age, I have always helped him with different projects around the house,

What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? I was drawn to construction management from an early age, starting in the field where I was responsible for rearranging dumpsters to maximize space and keep sites organized.

What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? A project I am most proud of is 273 Highland in Roxbury, proving that affordability and exceptional energy performance do not have to be trade-offs. The project aims to be energy-positive, achieve LEED Platinum, prioritize healthy materials, build equity, and re-knit the urban fabric of a long-vacant lot.

>What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? The project I am most proud of is Franklin Cummings Tech (FC Tech) in Boston’s Nubian Sq. Serving predominantly minority and first-generation students, FC Tech advances economic mobility through technical education.

What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? I am most proud of obtaining my Professional Engineer licenses for Civil Engineering in Mass. (2024) and N.H. (2025). Since the start of my career, my goal was to design and oversee projects in the region where I live, the North Shore and New Hampshire Seacoast.

What inspired you to pursue a career in commercial real estate, and what path brought you to your current role? I was drawn to commercial real estate because of its ability to shape how people live and interact with their environment. My path has centered around building partnerships and driving growth in service-based models tied to real estate.

What inspired you to pursue a career in commercial real estate, and what path brought you to your current role? I was drawn to commercial real estate because of its direct connection to value creation at scale. Early in my career, I saw how small operational improvements could drive meaningful financial outcomes.

What inspired you to pursue a career in this industry, and what path brought you to your current role? I’ve always had a passion for buildings growing up and initially pursued architecture in school.

What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? My career in architectural design comes from a fundamental desire to learn from hands-on experience. Becoming an architect requires humility and expert communication, as well as the technical skills required in constantly emerging software.

What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? Ever since I was little, I have always enjoyed puzzle-piecing and expressing myself creatively. Interior design allows me to apply these skills to the built environment. I have a strong interest for how interior spaces can impact people’s daily lives.

Who has been a mentor or influential figure in your career, and what is the most valuable advice they have shared with you? I have been fortunate to have several mentors shape my career, and to have an active support network through CREW Boston and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board RE&FA Emerging Leaders program.
