Triglione of Nordlund Associates represents
Jelise, LLC in $1.05 million sale

Newburyport, MA Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund Associates, represented the property owner, Jelise, LLC in the sale of 65 Parker St., Unit 5. The 7,630 s/f flex industrial condominium is located in the Seaport Business Park adjacent to Rte. 1 and the MBTA Commuter Rail Station and sold for $ 1.05 million.
