Vantage Builders completes 37,000 s/f Altiostar headquarters build-out

Vantage Builders, Inc. completed a $1.1 million corporate headquarters build-out for Altiostar at 200 Ames Pond Dr., in the Ames Park Corporate Center. The new 37,000 s/f location features both office and laboratory space and is an expansion from the startup's previous headquarters at nearby 100 Ames Pond Dr. The additional space was required to support the company's recent growth. "Altiostar is a fast-growing, exciting startup and we were pleased to help build out the new corporate headquarters," said John Connor, principal at Vantage Bldrs. "We completed the project on time and on budget, which was critical given the aggressive 12-week schedule." The space features four conference rooms, a large customer demonstration room, a boardroom and a video conference room, to support Altiostar's busy work environment. A 3,000 s/f technical laboratory area houses the company's computer and networking gear. Altiostar was able to utilize some of the existing offices, cubicles and furniture from the previous tenant, which enabled the company to allocate those funds towards operations, the lab area and the boardroom. The office has custom finishes throughout, including paint, flooring and millwork, as well as new lighting. An 825 s/f café provides employees with a break area. The facility's mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded. The project team included architects ADD Inc, a division of Stantec, project managers Diversified Project Management, and engineering services from WB Engineers+Consultants. The building is owned by Tritower Financial Group LLC.
