Litchfield Crossings has retained Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate, LLC (SCRE) as its agency of record, according to Kristen Gizzi Flynn, executive director of Litchfield Crossings. Penny Wickey, principal of SCRE and managing director Daniel Neaton will be the exclusive brokers.

SCRE has been representing retail and office tenants, landlords, investors and developers in leasing, sales and investments as well as the development and repositioning of properties since its founding in 2004. Firm principal and founder Wickey holds broker licenses in Conn., N.Y., Mass., Rhode Island and New Hampshire. Prior to founding SCRE, she was engaged in multinational commercial lending at the Bank of Boston. Neaton joined SCRE in 2008 with a corporate background in real estate, mergers and acquisitions.

ECCO Development, LLC owns and manages an impressive portfolio of 750,000 s/f of building/commercial space and owns, manages and leases approximately 250,000 s/f of land throughout Westchester County. In addition to Litchfield Crossings, ECCO'S retail holdings include ECCO Plaza in Yonkers, Pawling Commons in Pawling and 99 Business Park Plaza in Armonk.
