Perry Brokerage Associates (PBA) represented A.W. Perry, Inc. in the execution of four leases at 77-91 Franklin St. RMS Residential Mortgage Services and Sports and Physical Therapy Associates have signed leases totaling 8,600 s/f of retail space at 85 and 91 Franklin St. and Boston News Café has signed a lease for 1,165 s/f for the store at 80 Arch St. (77 Franklin St.). Lulu's Cupcakes will be occupying the kiosk in Winthrop Lane. Rich Beal of PBA represented the landlord in these transactions. Dan Cavanaugh of Jones Lang LaSalle, Dan Sullivan of Cresa Partners, and Joe Levanto of CRE Brokerage each represented a tenant in the above mentioned lease transactions.
77 Franklin St. is located at the intersection of Franklin St. and Arch St. in the city's Financial District steps away from Downtown Crossing, Post Office Sq. and South Station, featuring on-site management, a 24-hour lobby attendant, and access to public transportation and numerous area amenities.
