DeStefano & Associates, Inc. works on multiple projects in ME & NH

Portsmouth, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has been working on multiple projects, including the following: 

• DAI has been awarded two more Aroma Joe’s in Maine –Sabattus Rd. in Sabattus and 1 Bridges Dr. in Scarborough. Both are ground up construction. The architect on the project is TK Architects.

• DAI has completed the new construction of eight luxury condo’s at 465 Ocean Blvd. in Hampton, NH. The architect on the project is THA Architects. 

• DAI has started construction of 13 luxury condo’s at 246 Eastern Promenade Blvd. in Portland, ME. The architect on the project is RDS Architects.

• DAI has started renovations at Portsmouth Hospital for a new physician lounge and administrative offices. The architect on the project is JSA.

• DAI has started design and construction of a 9,000 s/f truck maintenance facility at 39 Stard Rd. in Seabrook, NH. The architect on the project is RHA Ron Henry Architects.

• DAI will be starting construction of a 2,500 s/f ground up Starbucks at Wells Plaza in Wells, ME next month.

• DAI has been awarded design and construction to convert this historic building into mixed use with a ground floor restaurant and 27 apartments. The architect on the project is Fleshman Architects.
