What inspired you to start your firm, and how has your vision evolved over the years?The inspiration behind all of this is one thousand percent my husband and it just motivated us more when we started our family.
As a leader, what values or principles do you prioritize when guiding your team or making decisions? In the dynamic and ever-evolving landscape of business, the role of a leader extends far beyond the mere management of tasks and the delegation of responsibilities.
What inspired you to start your firm, and how has your vision evolved over the years?
My path to founding this firm was shaped by experiences in various architectural offices – both what to emulate and what to change. I learned from offices with strong design cultures, others with deep technical expertise, and some with remarkable client relationships.
What’s one project or accomplishment that has defined your firm’s growth and success? What impact did it have on your team or the community?
DiNisco Design has been designing public schools since 1987, and during the past 25 years educational facilities have become our primary focus. We have been recognized as leaders in assisting communities with meeting their educational needs and enhancing the learning environments for their students.
