Which project, deal, or transaction was the “game changer” in the advancement of your career during the last 10 years? One of my most challenging projects was construction of a building with a 70-ft deep underground parking garage.
What motivated you to step out on your own? I was running a business as if it were my own anyway, without the support or influence of the actual owner, so why not do it as my own really. I believed I could, so I did.
What would you tell your daughter about entering this profession? Construction is not an easy profession. Period. If you work hard and know your stuff, you can excel and succeed. You need to have a solid understanding of the technical side
